ISOLION BT 2K 101 Two Component Bitumen Rubber Based Liquid Membrane

SURFACE PREPARATION:

All surfaces must be free of oil, grease and moisture before the application. Clean the surface using a high pssure washer and remove oil, grease and wax contaminants, cement laitance, loose particles, mould release agents must be removed. Fill surface irregularities with the necessary product. Corners and edges should be chamfered with a 4 cm radius.

PRIMING:

Primer is ppared by mixing homogenously 1kg of BT 2K 101 and 5 Lt water by 400 - 600 rpm mixer for 3-4 min. After pparation of priming portion, apply it homogeneously without ponding with suitable brush.

APPLICATION:

Add B component (cement) into A component then mix properly and homogenously for 3 -4 minutes by 400-600 rpm mixer. The pot life of the mixture is 60 min at +23 ˚C. After priming, first layer is applied, It is applied min 2 layer, if application will be with brush, layers are applied by cross. Service temperature should be at +5˚C and +30 ˚C. After second layer, it should be protected from heavy weather conditons for 24 hours. BT 2K 101 is applied from the side where water comes. Before the foundation pits are filled, the application should be protected by drainage plates and insulation foams.

Can be kept for minimum 12 months in the original plastic pails in dry places and at temperatures of +5˚C and +25 ˚C. Once opened, use as soon as possible. (Pails are protected from freeze.)
